These terms explain acceptance, subscriptions, member responsibilities, branding use, resignation, termination, and governing law.
By submitting a membership application, the applicant agrees to be bound by the FESBC Constitution and any subsequent amendments. Membership is subject to approval by the National Executive Council.
Members must maintain professional business ethics and conduct themselves in a manner that does not bring the Federation into disrepute.
Members in good standing are entitled to use the “Member of FESBC” title where appropriate.
Members may not use the FESBC logo for personal or commercial gain without written authorisation.
Tiered members, including Gold and Platinum members, may receive corporate branding placement on official FESBC platforms as specified in their membership tier.
A member may resign by giving one month’s written notice to the Secretary General. All outstanding dues must be settled upon resignation.
The NEC reserves the right to terminate membership for constitutional violations, criminal activities, or actions contrary to the interests of the Eswatini business community.
Members are expected to comply with the FESBC Constitution, settle applicable dues, and use Federation identity responsibly.
